I needed to take another look at the quotation you included from Ecclesiastes. Maybe I haven't read that particular passage for a while, but it struck me with the idea of how thankful we can be for meaningful work that puts food on our table. I also read this scripture in NIV and then I read Ecc. 5:18-20 in The Message, and I'm going to put that in "My Ramblings Notebook" for further reflection.
